Features
Designed around the actions support agents repeat hundreds of times a day, reduced to the fewest possible clicks.
A single inbox
Messages from your connected channels arrive in the same list. No separate back-end per platform, and no channel quietly going unanswered.
Supported channels
Email (IMAP) and X direct messages. A company can connect several mailboxes, all feeding the same inbox.
Conversation status
Open and closed, viewable separately.
Full-text search
Search past conversations by customer name, email address or message content, with paginated results.
Message types
Text and file attachments. Images and files your customers send can be viewed and downloaded.
Real-time delivery
New messages arrive over WebSocket immediately — no manual refreshing.
Internal notes
Record notes visible only to your team; customers never receive them. Notes are colour-coded and never appear in the conversation list preview.
Verified on connect
Adding a mailbox actually opens an IMAP connection, so a wrong password or server fails immediately instead of "looking successful while mail never arrives".
Email handling
Most cross-border customer contact happens over email. The hard part is not sending and receiving — it is stitching a back-and-forth exchange into one coherent conversation.
Threading
When a customer replies to an email you sent, it joins the original conversation instead of starting a new one, even after several rounds.
Quote trimming
The quoted original that email clients append to replies is detected and folded away, leaving only what the customer actually wrote this time.
Auto-reply detection
Out-of-office and similar automated messages are recognised, so they do not land as new customer enquiries competing for your attention.
Attachments
Email attachments are saved automatically and can be viewed or downloaded from the conversation.
App-specific passwords
Connecting a mailbox guides you towards your provider's app-specific password rather than your main account password.
Details that matter for cross-border teams
Things general-purpose support tools usually skip, but cross-border teams run into every day.
Input-method friendly
Pressing Enter while selecting characters in a Chinese IME will not send a half-typed message. A small detail that saves you many times a day.
Chinese-first interface
The product interface is Chinese-first, times are shown in Beijing time, and relative times ("3 minutes ago") cut reading effort.
Customer panel
Customer details and past conversations appear beside the conversation, so you can see the background without switching pages.
High information density
Built for agents who live in it for hours: as many conversations on screen as possible, without the oversized avatars and bubbles of consumer chat apps.
Shifts and handover
Conversations can be assigned to a person, so handover makes it obvious who owns what. Seasonal hires are added per person at ¥49-59/month rather than a whole tier upgrade.
Attachments
Files can be downloaded — product photos and shipping screenshots all display correctly.
Security and data
Isolation between companies
Each company's data is fully isolated. No company can see another's conversations, customers or member information.
Encryption in transit
All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
For how we collect, use and store data, please read our Privacy Policy
Planned features
The following are not live yet. They are listed so that you can count them as "not there" rather than "presumably there" while evaluating.
More channels
Facebook Page messages, Instagram DMs and WhatsApp Business. Timing depends on each platform's review process.
Team members and roles
Today a company has only the single account created at sign-up; member invitations and role permissions are not built.
Assignment
Assigning a conversation to a specific agent, and a "Mine" view, are planned. (Internal notes already work — see "Email handling" above.)
Saved reply templates
Storing frequent answers as reusable templates is not implemented yet.
Self-service data export
Export currently goes through a written request (see the Data Deletion Policy); there is no self-service export yet.
