About credits
X (Twitter) charges us for every direct message. That cost is settled in credits — you only spend what you use.
- Receiving one X direct message
- 0.1 credit
- Sending one X direct message
- 0.2 credit
- Replies you send from the X app yourself
- No credits
- Email (IMAP / SMTP)
- No credits
- Private notes and conversation actions
- No credits
100 credits = ¥100. Buy them as you need them; they do not expire. Plans do not include credits — teams on email only never buy any.
When credits run out, the X channel stops receiving and messages sent during that window cannot be recovered. We email you before the balance gets low, and receiving resumes automatically once you top up. Email channels are unaffected.
Frequently asked questions
How are team members counted?
Everyone who can sign in to the inbox counts as one member, including you. Invitations you have sent but that have not been accepted yet also hold a place — otherwise your headcount would suddenly overshoot as people accept. Removing a member frees the place for someone else.
What if we run out of member places?
You do not have to jump a whole tier. Extra members are ¥59/month on Starter and ¥49/month on Professional, charged per person. Cross-border teams routinely add people for peak season and shrink afterwards, so adding members is a separate line rather than a forced upgrade.
Why are there credits on top of the subscription?
X (Twitter) bills us per direct message, and that cost scales directly with usage. Keeping it as credits rather than folding it into the subscription means teams that only use email do not subsidise someone else's X volume — email channels consume no credits at all. Plans do not include credits; you buy them separately as you need them.
Do email channels use credits?
No. Email runs over your own IMAP / SMTP with no per-message third-party fee, so you can send and receive as much as you like without spending credits.
What counts as one channel?
One connected account is one channel, and mailboxes count too: one mailbox, one X account, one WhatsApp number, one Facebook Page, one Instagram account — each counts as one. support@ and service@ on the same domain count as two. The figure in each plan is the total across everything, so you can fill it entirely with mailboxes, entirely with social accounts, or any mix.
What happens when credits run out?
The X channel pauses receiving until you top up. Messages sent by customers during that window cannot be recovered, which is why we email you while the balance is still low. Email channels keep working normally.
Do plans include credits?
No. The subscription covers the product itself; credits cover what X charges us per message. They are billed separately so you only buy what you use — teams on email only never need credits at all.
How do I subscribe and top up?
Subscriptions, renewals and top-ups are handled manually for now — just contact us. Online payment is being integrated.
Are there extra fees to connect a channel?
Not for email. For X, the platform cost is already covered by credits — you do not need to pay X separately.
Where is my data stored?
On servers we control directly. See the privacy policy for storage, retention and deletion details.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Email us and we will provide a copy of your conversations and contacts within 7 business days. You can also request deletion — see the data deletion page.
